Animal Crossing: New Horizons is in at number two. This mainstay of the 2020 gaming charts only once slipped out of the top ten since its launch in March. A recent update to the game seems to have reignited sales. Generally, the Nintendo Switch has performed well once again, with four titles (Minecraft (Switch), Luigi’s Mansion 3, and Mario Kart 8: Deluxe) making it into the top ten.

Other Switch titles have launched to lower positions in the chats, with Deadly Premonition 2 ranking at number 34 and the Harvest Moon remake Story Of The Seasons: Friends of Mineral Town reaching number 21.

Last week’s number one, the highly anticipated The Last Of Us Part 2, saw a 48% dip in sales after an initial record-breaking sales performance. Marvel’s Iron Man VR has fallen to number nine, down from being last week’s number two.
