Audio eyewear brand Fauna has just launched two new female model audio glasses - the Levia Black and the Fabula Crystal Brown sunglasses. Both feature high-quality Italian frames as well as micro speakers in the frame, so they sit right on your temples.
These latest models are available in the UK and the US and cost £249 ($299). The glasses are compatible with the iPhone 5 and so forth, as well as the Android 6.0 and all later models.
When it comes to connection, they use Bluetooth 5.0 and have a range of up to 10 metres between the glasses and the device to which you are connecting to.
These designer products also boast super sleek frames, so you'd be getting a beautiful pair of glasses as well as wireless and great quality audio.

They protect the wearer’s eyes from the sun or blue light (depending on the glasses) whilst also providing you wireless audio, so you can engage in daily tasks, shield your eyes and simultaneously listen to music, audiobooks and make phone calls.
The Levia Black is a pair of audio glasses that protect your eyes from blue light, whereas the Fabula Crystal Brown are a pair of sunglasses, so they'll shield your eyes from UV rays.
How do audio glasses work?
The audio glasses have very small lightweight micro speakers and microphones built into the frames, as the micro speakers are so small, they don't affect the design or frames of the glasses, each pair weighs only 50 grams. This means that you'll still get a great listening experience without compromising on your comfort or the design!
The designer audio brand has said that their models are pioneers as the sound travels directly to the users’ ear with very little leakage and individuals nearby will not be able to listen to the user's audio - whether they're making a phone call or listening to a podcast.
Each temple of the audio glasses has an electrodynamic speaker, a touch-pad, microphones and echo cancelling, which limits any background noise. The glasses are controlled by touching and swiping on the temples on the touchpad.
However, it's important to note that these models aren't completely noise cancelling, so you'll still be aware of your surroundings.
All of the audio glasses come with a charging case that allows you to re-charge the glasses on the go up to five times.
In terms of the battery, both glasses fully charged last up to 20 hours on standby and have up to 5 hours of playtime. This means you'll get five hours to listen to music, talk to your voice assistant and make phone calls, which is plenty of time to keep users going whether they're commuting, working or travelling!
Another perk is that they are IP52 rated, so they are water and dust resistant, which is excellent for any outdoor activities and both also come with a two-year warranty. If need be the standard lenses provided can also easily be exchanged for prescription lenses by an optician.
