"I've reviewed loads of Trust keyboards and they always come packed with value for money - the Torix is no different. It has premium features like a metal top plate and bright RBG lighting, as well as smooth and accurate switches that have yet to let me down.

"If I had to pick faults I'd say that the switches aren't as positive and clicky as I'd ideally like, and the volume knob, although a really handy addition, is a little hard to get hold of in its position above the numberpad keys.

"Those things aside though the Torix is a great addition to any gaming or office set up, and am ideal choice for someone who wants the precision of a mechanical keyboard but not the sometimes eyewatering cost."

The Apex Pro's admittedly steep price point might have budget shoppers running for the hills but for gamers serious about boosting their performance there are few options that can top this truly wonderful keyboard.

Skipping straight to the main draw of the SteelSeries Apex Pro - this phenomenal keyboard comes equipped with a truly sensational set of OmniPoint 2.0 HyperMagnetic adjustable switches, that's right - these switches are adjustable.

When it comes to keyboard shopping, picking the perfect mechanical keyboard can be a nightmare, you might decide upon Cherry Red MX switches, only to discover that they're too loud for your taste or not tactile enough.

If you want a wide range of connectivity while maintaining outstanding quality, the Galaxy70 from Epomaker has everything you'll need with a fully aluminium outer case, high-quality PBT keycaps and pre-lubed mechanical switches, you'd be forgiven for thinking it's expensive. But at only £99, it offers great value as well as great materials.
